Itinerary

Arrive in Arusha and transfer to your hotel. Meet your guide for a trek briefing and equipment check. Overnight in Arusha.

Drive to Momella Gate and begin your trek through grasslands and forests, spotting wildlife along the way. Hike to Miriakamba Hut (2,514 meters), taking approximately 5-7 hours. Overnight at Miriakamba Hut.

Trek through forests and moorlands to reach Saddle Hut (3,570 meters) in 3-5 hours. In the afternoon, take an acclimatization hike to Little Meru (3,820 meters). Overnight at Saddle Hut.

Start early for the ascent to Socialist Peak (4,566 meters), reaching the summit at sunrise. Descend to Saddle Hut for a rest and breakfast, then continue to Miriakamba Hut. Overnight at Miriakamba Hut.

Descend to Momella Gate in 2-3 hours, collect your certificates, and drive back to Arusha for a well-deserved rest. Overnight in Arusha.

Enjoy a relaxing morning in Arusha before transferring to the airport for your departure, carrying unforgettable memories of Mount Meru.
