At Dakik Expeditions, we strive to make your booking process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Our payment terms are designed to ensure clarity and mutual trust. Please read the following terms carefully before making your reservation.

Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking.
• The deposit must be paid within 7 days of receiving your booking confirmation.
• This deposit guarantees your reservation and allows us to make the necessary arrangements for your tour.

Final Payment

• The remaining balance of 70% of the total tour cost is due no later than 60 days before the start of your tour.
• If the booking is made within 60 days of the tour start date, the full amount is payable immediately upon confirmation.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for deposits. Refunds on final payments may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to our cancellation policy and any non-recoverable costs incurred by Dakik Expeditions.
